With the improvement of human living standards, people’s requirements on drugquality have become more stringent, the environment of pharmaceutical productionworkshop is one of the main factors affecting the quality of drug production, andproduction workshop environment is mainly relied on purify air conditioning, Therefore,air conditioning system plays a vital role for the quality of pharmaceutical production. Thecontrolling process of clean air conditioning system deposits with varying degrees ofnonlinearity, hysteresis, variability and uncertainty of the model, which makes thatpharmaceutical factory air conditioning system uses the traditional PID control cannotobtain satisfactory control results, based on this, the fuzzy control is introduced into thepurify air-conditioning control system in this design, fuzzy control has the advantage ofadapting to controlled object’s nonlinear and variability, and the robustness is good, so it canbe well adapted to the purify air conditioning system’s control.Firstly, the origin and development of fuzzy control technology is introduced in thisarticle, followed by in-depth analysis of the pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentand the purify air conditioning’s working characteristics, then give the analysis of PIDcontrol which is commonly used in purify air conditioning, draw the advantages anddisadvantages of the PID control, and proposed a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithmwhich combines fuzzy control and PID control to improve the control effect and accuracyon the purify air conditioning.In the realization of this purify air conditioning monitoring systems, the currentgeneral industrial Distributed Control System is used in this paper, combined with theenvironmental characteristics of the site and the actual demand, the overall design ofair-conditioning control system is determined. Industrial PC and programming software ofconfiguration king6.51are used in the host computer, and Access database is used to storethe data of air conditioning; the next crew uses Siemens S7-200PLC, its expansion modulesand a modular approach to program, it is also accompanied by the MT6070ih touch screenoperation; field instruments are mainly composed by temperature and humidity sensors JWSL-5ATD, EE65air velocity transmitters and ML7420A valve actuator, they can easilybe installed and work stable in a long time.A fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed based on the combination of fuzzy controland PID control: PID control is based on fuzzy rules, query fuzzy matrix table to getparameter self-tuning, then it can adjust the parameters of PID in real-time to achieveeffective and accurate control of the system. The simulation by Matlab software, andcompare the running results, it shows that: compared with conventional PID control, theovershot is reduced by9.1%and the response time of this system get a13.2%reduction,the control effect is greatly enhanced.
