| With the technological progress and social development, more and more radioequipment is widely used in daily life, it acclerated the country’s economicconstruction and standardized the social management, but accompanied by thegrowing number of electromagnetic noise, radio interference and strongelectromagnetic radiation, the increasing complexity of the electromagneticenvironment makes the radio management of various regions faced unprecedenteddifficulties and problems. The size of Radio monitoring network building and theamount of investment account for a large proportion of the entire radio management.Radio Management Committee of Gansu Province put forward a planning study ofradio spectrum monitoring network as a key issue in the “Gansu province"Twelve·five" radio management planâ€. It identified to study in radio monitoringnetwork planning of Lanzhou area, and gradually transition to Gansu province. Forthis purpose, we propose Gansu radio monitoring network and spectrum planningplatform building program, the main contents include the following aspects:(1) Research a radio propagation path loss model which is suitable for Gansu, aregional propagation path loss model accurately or not related to the radio frequencyspectrum monitoring network system planning, design and investment is reasonable.Radio propagation path loss model is the research focus of domestic and foreignscholars, there Okumura, ITU-R.P526, ITU-R.P1546, algish-Bertoni, Hata, Egli,Walgish-Ikemi and many other propagation path loss models have been published orapplied in domestic practice. For the specific electromagnetic environment, terrain, weather conditions, etc., we establish suitable electromagnetic wave propagation pathloss model by theoretical calculation and comparison of the measured field strengthdata based on geographic information system to provide basis and help fordecision-making on spectrum planning station’s planning, siting and construction. Then provide an efficient, intuitive management platform for electromagneticenvironmental monitoring.(2) To determine the radio spectrum monitoring network coverage andsurveillance probability to guide the construction of radio stations on all levels.Traditional telecom carrier’s wireless network planning is limited to the specifiedfrequency band, radio spectrum monitoring network coverage is20~3000MHz fullband. Stations will determine site selection and monitoring of the radio signalcoverage probability, its main object of study for receiving radio signals, it’s differentfrom transmit signals in the traditional sense. (3) Combined with radio monitoring and management, achieve a powerful radiodata information management functions, including monitoring station, the mobilestation machines, high-gain antenna, various types of equipment, site information, geographic information, microwave links, etc. Provide the basis fornon-commissioned, telecommunications, broadcasting, military and otherdepartments’radio planning, monitoring management and decision-making. |
