With the development of radio technology and economic society,the application of radio applications in various fields is becoming more and more extensive and in-depth,and plays a vital role.In the face of the rapid development of radio technology,in order to optimize the allocation of national spectrum resources,strengthen the radio spectrum management and maintain the order of safe and orderly radio waves.GIS is one of the most important basic supporting platform for radio monitoring cloud platform.GIS has been widely used in radio monitoring and management system.But the system is almost always use two-dimensional GIS,only two-dimensional plane graphics.With the deepening of the application of GIS in the field of radio,the limitations of two-dimensional GIS to make more in-depth application blocked,3D GIS is the fundamental solution to this problem.With the development of computer graphics and various graphics hardware technology,cloud computing,storage,network service and the continuous improvement of radio regulatory requirements,the application of 3D GIS in radio supervision is of great significance.In this paper,the application of 3D GIS in radio monitoring and management platform is analyzed and studied.The main research work is as follows:(1)A three-dimensional reconstruction method based on UAV route planning and auxiliary information is improved.The improved method is faster and more efficient,and is suitable for large-scale reconstruction of 3D geography model,which provides data support for 3D GIS.(2)A 3D visualization method of radio signal based on 3D GIS is designed and realized.Through the research of the radio propagation model,the 3D data analysis and processing of the 3D GIS are used to calculate the environmental factors of the signal propagation path,and the appropriate propagation model is automatically selected.The three-dimensional visualization is covered by the three-dimensional coverage method and the color mapping method The(3)A method of building a radio monitoring station based on 3D GIS is designed.The 3D factors of 3D GIS are used to quantitatively analyze the environmental factors of different sites,and the environmental evaluation factors are obtained synthetically for many sites.It provides a favorable basis for the establishment of radio monitoring stations.This paper makes a prospective study on the 3D GIS application of radio monitoring and management integration platform.In the absence of 3D GIS data,a 3D reconstruction method is proposed to provide the data source,and three-dimensional visualization of the radio signal in the 3D GIS is realized.GIS radio station monitoring station for the next step 3D GIS large-scale application in the radiomonitoring and management system provides a favorable support and basic research.
