| The rapid development of national smart grid costruction provides a good policysupport and technical conditions for the electric power enterprise to realize the remometer reading and prepaid business. By integrated utilizing the techniques ofautomation, wireless communication, network and database, we develop a distributedelectric remote meter reading and prepayment system.This system final realized theremote metering, monitoring, control and prepaid management of high-voltage usersof10kv.The paper explains the designing and implementing methods from the aspects ofoverall structure, network topology, functional analysis, layered architecture, storageof real-time and historical data respectively. The specific details of synchronizedcommunication between the client and server, real-time data acquisition and control,automatic power consumption calculation based on the trigger and terminal alarmingthrough SMS are also given in this paper.In this paper, we design and develop a distributed electric remote meter readingand prepayment system, through which power supply enterprise management canrealize real-time meter reading, prepaid and load control operation at different powersubstation. In addition, this system supports a variety of power load managementsystem transmission protocols. This system utilizes a personalized load controlstrategy for different user, such as automatic remote tripping, manual remote trippingand no tripping. |
