Develop a decision-making system of prisonenterprise simulation features for prison companies and use the system for businesssimulation training can improve the management capacity of the prison businessmanagement personnel.This paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprises in prison, the prisonbusiness is different from the general description of the enterprise, its particularitymainly in production, labor, and performance evaluation of the three aspects; thencombined with existing enterprise simulation decision-making system,aim at thecharacteristics of prison enterprises,make the prison enterprise planning function,thesystem consists of four modules: user management, information inquiry,decision-making and management background;using UML use case diagram, activitydiagram, class diagram analysis and collaboration diagrams for systems analysis;determine the overall structure of the main decision-making model of the system andthe database table design, the use of the design class diagram of the system classes;using C++language and Sql Server database implementation of the system, andfinally the use of the reliability and validity of the analysis of the system apply effects,the analysis results show that the prison corporate decision-making system simulationin mproving management capability of the prison corporate executives indeed playeda role.
