In the development process of a complex simulation system,because it contains many entities,and the entities are not running at the same node,the entity interaction is complicated during the simulation running process,and the running time of a single simulation is too long.In order to shorten the simulation development cycle and reduce the cost of simulation development manpower and material resources,it is necessary to evaluate the simulation operation process of complex systems.This article mainly focuses on the research of the intelligent evaluation method of simulation operation effectiveness and the design of simulation operation effectiveness evaluation software.First of all,according to the evaluation content of the simulation system operation effectiveness,the concept of operation effectiveness is given.On this basis,the analysis and research are carried out from the three aspects of simulation entity variable threshold,simulation event occurrence sequence,and simulation event occurrence interval,and the specific evaluation method is given.Secondly,a method for evaluating the effectiveness of simulation operation based on an expert system is proposed.The rule library of the expert system is designed to cover the rules converted from the above three types of evaluation objects and the rules obtained by mining the time series association rules using historical simulation data.The expert system designed by this method can replace experts in intelligent reasoning,and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of simulation evaluation.Next,in view of the time-consuming,laborious and inefficient reasoning of multiple rules when using expert systems to obtain expert knowledge in the face of massive amounts of data,a long-short-term memory network-based operational effectiveness evaluation method is proposed.The use of long and short-term memory network can mine the characteristics of the hidden information of time series data to complete the classification task of effectiveness,further improve the intelligent level of evaluation,and prove its feasibility through examples.Finally,a software for evaluating the effectiveness of complex simulation operations that can be reused is designed.Design the overall function and process for different evaluation methods,and give the detailed design method of each sub-module function algorithm.Taking the evaluation of the operational effectiveness of a complex equipment simulation system as an example,the above two methods are used to conduct intelligent evaluation of it.The results show that the software can effectively assist the simulator in the evaluation and has strong reusability.
