With the help of this platform, prisons can have real-time control of police strength and their allocation, criminal information and their activities distribution, real-time situation of people and vehicles from outside in supervised areas and emergency response management in all day and full directions so as to guarantee the implementation of supervision system in prisons with systematic method.The key point of this essay lies in SOA structure of the system, which not only opens the external interfaces, but also mixes the modules of other systems to form a SOA complete frame. This SOA structure defines 5 public SOA interfaces, WEB display interface, LED display interface and in/out interfaces of AB access, police information interface, criminal information interface and entirely encloses all interfaces in the whole prisons to form a complete unit as an external service module of WebService. This WebService can help to input information of people and vehicles coming in and out through A-B access system, to obtain and set warning information from the corresponding system, and to get information of police, criminal and their release from other systems.
