Abstract:Archives is the most effective carrier of historical heritage of human social activities. The authentiScity, integrity, security and identification of Files determine the value and legal status of archives directly. With the rapid development of the construction of social economy information, produce a large number of electronic documents, the integrity, authenticity and security is a severe test. This problem has attracted much attention of archive and IT industry, but also promote the research of the security of all kinds of process from the electronic document to electronic archives.According to the "how to form the whole process of scientific planning on the electronic archives formation, collection, management, using " and "how to further strengthen the process of electronic document security control". In order to achieve the timely, scientific, dynamic management for the whole business process of the electronic archives management system. In the design of electronic archives management system, introducing Business Process Management(BPM), discussed design model of electronic archives management system from the process management perspective, At the same time, in using the role based access control model (RBAC) for the design of the electronic file management model, to take on the role of constraints method on the efficiency of time and space, design the mathematical model of process management, To resolve the conflict between the roles of possible system theoretically. In the process management of the electronic archives management sy stem,for providing security for the normal execution of user authority.Finally, through research and analysis the model design key points and the key test data of the simulation system of electronic file management, preliminary verify the RBAC model which is based on process management theory to design with time and space constraints, and its feasibility and practicability in the electronic archives management system. In addition, in the aspect of information security in electronic archives, try to use the RSA and DES two kinds of mature algorithms for encryption of important data, in the transmission and access process, research and analysis the efficiency and safety of the archives data through this kind of algorithm encryption, and then improve the safety of the data of the electronic archives management system, to provide security for the utilization of archives information resources and sharing.
