Application Of Concurrency Control Locking Protocol Based On XML In The Administrative Examination And Approval Workflow Management System

Abstract:In the early, much office work was accomplished through the paper in the absence of the introduction of computer, through the paper we pass on the information including the relevant notices, files and report statistics, these are completed by manual. This not only requires a lot of manpower and material resources, but also influences the efficiency of office quality and operation. Workflow management technology is a key technology of process modeling and process management, and it can make up the deficiency of the early work, workflow management technology provides the basis for constructing the paperless, electronic, automation office environment.In order to describing better in the administrative examination and approval system, My paper proposes a workflow model based on XML XML as a standard of exchanging and representing the data, XML has the advantages of simple, custom tag, content and representation of phase separation, universal and effective XML parser, high scalability. Based on the advantages of XML, using the XML to describe the workflow is very convenient. Thesis analysis the workflow model, workflow definition, workflow engine were analyzed, and describe the XML data exchange.In the processing concurrency of XML, my paper proposes the XCCLP based on XML, XCCLP (XML concurrency control locking protocol) is a protocol based on XPath, it is mainly used to deal with the concurrency problems in XML. Thesis analysis the concurrency of XML and introduce the concept of XCCLP, XCCLP locking model, XCCLP protocol, and XCCLP serialization in detail.Finally, the XCCLP protocol is used for dealing with concurrency of administrative examination and approval workflow management system. Thesis provides different scheduling mode through the analysis of the existing concurrency situation, conclusively, XCCLP has less execution time than2PL and Tree-locking.
