Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, along with the image document widely used in all walks of life, past File carrier such as CD-ROM and disk quickly replaced and replacement. Document imaging management system digital files before the files and archive scanning converted into electronic images to enable it to storage to new storage devices such as hard disk, this form completely traditional paper storage replace, easy file can be stored through digitization, ease of maintenance and management, so that files are kept safe also improved, easier to digital files on the network, the speed of information transmission speed up.Document imaging management system has been in the communications industry, government agencies, telecommunications, banks, hospitals, insurance, and education industry and its wide range of applications, document image processing system is a very meaningful topic.Document imaging scan processing system using a company to handle business processing system scan, the main function is to provide business people scanning capabilities, to meet a variety of day-to-day operational needs, while ensuring that production managers to scan the entire management and supervision. This system is capable of a significant reduction in the cost of production inputs, and significantly improve the quality of the scanned image, and to enhance the overall scanning IDM Technology Applications.System technology introduction, the needs of the system are analyzed, and then demand by the system’s case, the design of the system architecture, functional structure and database model. Second, we use a sophisticated image processing and workflow management technology more detailed design of the system.
