Analysis And Research Of The Higher Vocational Colleges Portal

Abstract:With the development of information and communication technology, digital campus technology has made rapid progress, the university teachers, students and staff information can obtain the large amounts through information network and service information related to it. The information construction of colleges and universities is intended to improve productivity through information management tools, to achieve the quality level of education, and the education promotion. But because there is a big difference of each system in the course of informatization construction of the platform and technology, resulting in these systems are independent of each other, the problem of information and data cannot be shared, system function and a series of repeated development, seriously hindered the process of information construction. How to solve the problem of "information island", optimize the resource user access pattern, provide systematic, personalized information service for users, has become the most urgent task for the digitized construction.This paper proposes the use of the relatively advanced campus information portal (Campus Information Portal) technology to solve the above problem. Through the establishment of the campus information portal, not only can build on a unified platform information systems, but can also provide access to various information resources through a single entry portal for the user, effectively eliminating information silos exist. In addition, the campus information portal also has the ability to integrate applications, which can be integrated into various application systems to provide to the user portal users. Finally campus information portal has good scalability, the future development of information technology needs to meet the College. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Analyzed the domestic and foreign present situation of the campus portal website and present status of the information construction in Higher Vocational College and the existing problems.2)Analyzed the emergence, development and features of portal. Especially focuses on the three key technology of information portal:the design and implementation of integrated single sign on, personalized service and application system.3)Together with the current situation of information construction in Higher Vocational College, and reference to the construction of enterprise information portal, the function demand analysis and the feasibility of construction of higher vocational college information portal.4)According to the actual situation of college, after analysis the construction project information portal system in Higher Vocational college.
