| The Campus Information Portal introduced here refers to an integration platform uniting disparate campus resource such as applications and data & network resources into a common, standard-based platform available through a single sign-on. It is web-based system that provides customized interface according to the role, preferences, and habits, also makes the users linked efficiently by transmission of events and messages. It is considered as one of the best solutions for its centralized, completed and efficient information service that plays a pivotal role through the daily administration activities of university. As a result, development of Information Portal is becoming more and more urgent and inevitable for the progress of campus information revolution.Firstly, this paper introduced the development, research progresses and popular develop platform in the fields of campus information portal. In addition, we analysis the key protocol: JSR168, WSRP, J2EE for the portal in the paper.Secondly, we introduced the requirement of campus Portal platform and analysis the overall structure of Portal platform. At the same time, paper expatiate the most important part during the process of Portal system realization.Finally, the paper from the implementation point of view, proposed the overall system implementation plan. It elaborated the designing and optimizing of SSO, the portlet development and conformity, data sharing and application system conformity. At the same time, we have also made the certain analyze to the portal platform security system and development environment.The last part of the paper exhausts some deficiency in this designing, and has a prospection to the future of campus information portal. |
