ABSTRACT:From2002-2012, through three stages of the development, prosperity and boom, social networking is now familiar to people. While it makes our lives more convenient, it also exposes some issues. The Internet exists as an advanced productive force, and the fundamental properties of the Internet is serving people. From "humanism" point of view, social networking sites can also become a tool to help real life social activities. In addition, based on the theory of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, they will have stronger acceptance of the Internet, have more willingness to explore the social and life. Then the virtual to the real (extending from online to offline) mode of social services will come along with it. This thesis aims to offer some suggestions and strategies to the development of social networking by analyzing the user interface design in the framework of social networks as the starting point. The behavior of O2O user is to receive and create information and interact with others, the human-machine interface as a medium of communication greatly affects the user’s thinking and behavior. To grasp the user’s thinking and behavior pattern is the key to optimizing user experience, increasing user stickiness. Thus understanding the rule of user behavior has important significance to the O2O social networking site user interface design. The first part of the paper is mainly on inductive analysis of the cognitive characteristics of the user interface, from the perspective of cognitive psychology. In detail, we analyzed six factor for the optimization of the interface design. The second part of the thesis is research on o2o interface design based on cognitive elements of social networking sites. Interviews and surveys of user behavior and analysis of these data are used to forecast the user demands. By Integrating the survey results with O2O social needs and cognitive psychology, the author proposed a basic design framework of o2o social network interface which meet the fundamental needs of social behavior. Combined with the needs of user interface design and implication from cognitive elements from revelations in the page design, construction, from three aspects of the user interface information structure, user interaction framework and the visual design, the author studied the design of social networking website interface under the circumstance of virtual to reality. This project involves psychology, design science, sociology and other disciplines, puts forward some reference suggestion in order to promote the virtual to real development of social networking sites, make social network more diversified and enrich our life.
