The Online academic social networking sites provide strong support for scientific research scholars to create scientific research results.Users can conduct various activities such as the acquisition of academic resources, the sharing of research results, and the discussion of academic issues on the website, which can help users find like-minded scientific research partners.Disciplinary exchanges and cooperation and users' academic social circles have played a positive role. However, there are deficiencies in the comparison between platforms and the application of evaluation indicators in the study of online academic social networking sites. In order to make up for one of the deficiencies, this paper uses the balanced scorecard theory to construct an evaluation index system for online academic social networking sites from the perspective of users. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance of this research, the research status at home and abroad, research methods and content, and innovations. The second part expounds the related concepts and theories of online academic social networking sites, balanced scorecard theory and value evaluation theory. The third part constructs an online academic social networking site based on the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard theory: user knowledge, user value, user interaction and user satisfaction according to the principles of scientificity, rationality, objectivity, comprehensiveness and operability.Evaluation System. The fourth part selects three representative domestic and foreign online academic social networking sites(Xiaomuzhu,Science Net and Research Gate)for empirical analysis. The fifth part puts forward suggestions for the construction of online academic social networking sites. The sixth part discusses the research results and prospects. This paper has certain reference significance for researchers to choose appropriate online academic social networking sites and the construction of online academic social networking sites.
