The Research Based On CN CSFB Network Optimization Of Jiangsu Unicom

CSFB can be regarded as the early transition plan of IMS voice-based VoLTE deployment;it can improve the existing GERAN / UTRAN network coverage and quality of service and leverage other resources to protect the operator's investment and to maximize the benefits.With the large-scale application of CSFB technology,the optimization problem introduced by this technology follows.CSMT paging success rate,call fallback success rate,and call connection rate are important indicators of CSFB mobile users as called party;the level of overall network indicators are direct reflection of quality of overall network,including every elements of wireless,PS/CS core network,also have a strong reference value for overall network operation and maintenance optimization.Paging abnormalities,abnormal call drop,abnormal call connection will make users not be able to use the voice service,which will cause poor experience of network quality and even complaints of users.By optimizing the paging success rate,fallback success rate,and call connection rate,network performance indicators can be improved and operator benefits can be protected.
