Design And Implementation Of The Health Query Service System Of Workers

At present, there have established a variety of information systems that playmajor roles in the professional field in power companies, but for theimplementation of the health query service system of workers in the companyhospitals there are still many problems, which mainly include as following,though medical situations of company workers have been become electronicfiles, they not only cannot be queried, but also cannot be classified for analysisand statistics. Everytime examination results of health records for workers canonly be showed by paper, and because the current software for showingexamination results cannot aggregate information by classifying staffs bydepartment or age, the results are lack of analysis. To facilitate queries of theworkers, provide workers health counseling services and provide leadership thehealth conditions of the company workers as a basis for decision making, thepaper launched a design and implementation of workers health inquiry servicesystem.In this paper, the health status of workers in the Baoding power companyhospital is combined, and based on the knowledge of computer learning and theprinciples of "practical, applicable", we collect the functional requirements ofthe health status inquiry service system comprehensively, and develop thesystem of the health status inquiry service. We mainly state three aspects of thesystem in detail which are the design of the functional structure, theimplementation of the function and the practical application of the system and soon. Specifically, firstly, for the operational characteristics of management in theBaoding power company hospital, we conducted a detailed fieldwork andresearch, and finished the demand analysis and overall design of the system.Secondly, for the operational characteristics of health status query service of theworkers in the power company of Baoding, we completed the detailed design ofthe system which includes the design of the function and the database tables. Inthe end, we implemented the system, which brings workers and leaders greatconvenience. The system began running in2012and made a good effect.
