National Food industry has been existed and survived for decades and the mechanism and production flow has changed a lot, too. Yet the unchanged management style now being a inhibition to the development. The food industry calls for the informationization of management.Refrigeration is a new branch of food industry, have been developed for decades, the situation now is way to satisfy.The basic cause lies in the informationization too.The health food company is a company for frozen food, of which the information and data needs to be dealt with and analyzed. The former manual documenting way can no longer feed the company's need as the data increases greatly. What the company need is a information manage system.When the system is applied, the speed of transferring, processing and analyzing of information accelerated, insure the conservation and effective use of information resources. It provide the CEO the bases for decision making and refine the management of the company. The result lies in 3 aspects:1.work intensity will reduced,2.managing efficiency increased and 3.the management criterion improved. This system general reach the expecting result and further improvement is also needed.A successful information system needs a well established structure. Struts, as an excellent J2EE based MVC application framework, has been widely used in corporation platforms. On the other hand, the newly emerged Hibernate was found with many advantages and optical for corporation use. As the two combined, a J2EE framework of Struts+ Hibernate is developed. The MVC of Struts provide the system with clear code structure and code reusability, as well as the ORM of Hibernate made simple of DB transplant and operation, the whole system thus is easy to maintain.This paper introduces MIS in health food corporation throughout the system development process. In the requirement analysis section we give out explicit description and study. In system design section, a overall framework with modules, databases, error handling of each functions is discussed.In realization part, we implement performance layer, control layer,business layer and maintain layer. At last we discuss the system features and give some suggestion.
