Conservation of resources is a basic national policy of our country,and the energy saving of heat supply and heating is an indispensable part of building energy efficiency.Heating metering reform is the most direct and effective means to promote heating energy saving reconstruction and carrying out the construction energy conservation and emissions reduction.According to our country's building heating system operating condition,On-off time area method is a household heating metering scheme by Chinese scientific research workers for self invention,and has been applied in large scale areas of the country,and achieved certain results in heat metering charge and promoting heating energy conservation.On-off time area method of household heat metering system consists of temperature controller,On-off controller,valve,acquisition calculator,heat meter,hand-held manipulator,signal repeater,data information management system and etc.In this paper,on the base of On-off time area method,a wireless On-off controller is designed and developed,which can be used in household heat metering system.By using the Ultra-low power MCU as control core,through a series of logical judgment and hierarchical temperature control algorithm,control valve action,to adjust the room temperature;while record and store large amounts of heat metering data,with the help of wireless communication and bus communication,respectively sent the data to temperature controller and acquisition calculator in according to the given data acquisition cycle.In the household heat metering system of this paper,wireless communication is used for data transmission and control operation between temperature controller and On-off controller,the RS485 bus is used for data transmission and control operation between On-off controller and acquisition calculator.This main work is focus on the development of a kind of wireless On-off controller,the communication protocol between the On-off controller and the temperature controller and acquisition calculator,using the hierarchical temperature control fuzzy algorithm to implement functions of control valve and dynamic regulating temperature.This paper completed the overall scheme and the specific function design of wireless On-off controller,and in accordance with the design requirements completed hardware design,software programming and prototype manufacture,finally carried out performance test.The wireless On-off controller in this paper has characteristics as low-power consumption,operability,low-cost,strong anti-interference capacity,correctly perform various control commands of custom protocol,reliable data transmission,remote online update the software programs,convenient for maintenance and upgrade.The completed prototype after commissioning,verified the feasibility of the design,with the application of reasonable control methods,can effectively solve the problem of heat loss at room temperature on the high side in the heating period,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and energy reducing.
