The heat conduction oil heating furnace is one of the important heating equipment in petrochemical industry.As an indirect heating system,its greatest feature is to heat the oil in the furnace tube plate to the required temperature and offer the heat energy in the heat conducting oil to the heating device.It is of great practical significance to study the advanced control technology of the heat conduction oil heating furnace,which is a nonlinear and large time delay uncertain object.Based on the further research of the process principle and object characteristics of the heat conduction oil heating furnace,this paper analyzed the relationship between outlet temperature of heat conduction oil and main parameters and summed up the characteristics and deficiencies of the existing control schemes.Based on the uncertainty theory,this paper proposed an improvement strategy of outlet temperature of heat conduction oil heating furnace based on predictive function control algorithm.Specific studies are as follows:1)Based on the discussion of the basic principle and the choice of relevant parameters of predictive function control algorithm,the step function,ramp function and sine function of the first-order and two-order controlled plant are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the PFC algorithm has the characteristics of fast response,tracking performance in high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.2)Based on the analysis of uncertain systems,the robust stability strategy is studied and applied to the hydraulic servo vibration control system.By constructing the parameter uncertainty model and carrying out the simulation of PID and PFC control algorithm,it is proved that the PFC algorithm has strong ability of anti-interference and controlling robustness.3)According to the heat conducting oil heating furnace which has uncertainty,time-delay and nonlinear system,based on the influence of heat conducting oil outlet temperature control parameters and the uncertainty characteristics of in-depth analysis,A parameter perturbation model based on predictive function control algorithm is constructed.The effectiveness of the proposed PFC-feedforward composite control scheme is verified by simulation.On this basis,the method is put into engineering application,and good results are obtained.4)In view of the development of the automation system of the heat conducting oil heating furnace,this paper studies the three aspects of the hardware configuration and selection of the automation system,the development of the PCS7 software program and the control of the system operation.
