Research On Purchasing Risk Management Of QD Xinhua Bookstore

Xinhua Bookstore is the most extensive,largest and most influential book sales entity in The history of China.Xinhua Bookstore started from the wholly state-owned,low risk,small competition,has a unique industry advantage.With the development of market-oriented economy,the adjustment of the xinhua bookstore also unceasingly in the market transition,the collectivization,the reform of shareholding system,chain operation,although made some achievements,due to the limitations of traditional organization framework and management model,risk control level has far cannot satisfy the enterprise management of the growing demand.This study takes QD Xinhua Bookstore as the object of study,conducts a more in-depth investigation and analysis of its procurement management,summarizes the problems existing in the procurement management of QD Xinhua Bookstore,conducts a quantitative analysis using risk assessment theories,and proposes corresponding improvement measures and implementation guarantees.First of all,the relevant literature and theories at home and abroad are sorted out and summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the research on purchasing risk control and management of QD Xinhua Bookstore.Second,the QD xinhua bookstore books purchasing business,carried on the thorough analysis of the current situation of the current procurement has carried on the risk identification,through expert scoring four level indexes,16 secondary indexes,Based on the above indexes,the purchasing risk index system is constructed,and the AHP method is used to determine each risk weight.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation of the index system is carried out,and the risk level of QD Xinhua Bookstore's book purchasing business is obtained.From the perspective of index weight,the approval risk weight is the largest,followed by the supplier risk.From the perspective of fuzzy evaluation results,the supplier risk score is the highest.Finally,control measures and safeguard measures are provided in detail from four aspects of purchase demand,purchase approval,supplier and external factors,aiming at the links screened out in the risk analysis stage,especially those links with higher risks in expert evaluation and factors with higher risks in risk evaluation.Due to the limited research time,this paper only conducts a study on the procurement risk of QD Xinhua Bookstore.Further research can be carried out in depth and breadth to make the research more comprehensive,and the conclusions obtained can be more scientific and reasonable,with better practical application value.
