ABSTRACT:With increasingly heavier water pollution, the sewage treatment has become the focus of global attention. In the past ten years, the booming field of sewage treatment was showing a very broad application prospects. Therefore, with the actual demand, the paper used in sewage treatment switching power supply do the theoretical analysis and design.Firstly, The paper gives a brief introduction of the background and the development status of wastewater treatment supply. With high efficiency and low loss advantages, switching power supply obtained in the field of wastewater treatment application has a great advantage.Based on the control method of PWM controller and DC-DC converter topologies,the paper gives a brief introduction. According to that the output power of design switching power supply is low and the ratio between input voltage and output voltage is bigger than l,and the loss must be low, the paper gives the design of the switching power supply system solutions that DC-DC converter topology of the power supply uses half-bridge circuit and the control method is the PWM controller ZVS PWM control methods.On the basis of system solution determined,the paper verifies the theory of main circuit and gives a detailed calculations about the design parameters of the main design,and also the paper gives a detailed analysis and explanation for the control system hardware and software design. After the calculation on the basis of analysis of the entire power system, the paper gives a power system simulation including circuit system and cooling system,which is a good guidance for practical design.Finally, an air-cooled170A/35V switching power supply is made. The waveform of the main devices were tested and we give a stability test on the main heating devices.The experimental results and the data both verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
