With the development of agricultural production modernization, the scale of moderngreenhouses and the number of controlled objects are gradually increasing. Meanwhile,the distribution range is becoming wide, and distributed networked managementrequirement unceasingly enhances. In order to improve the level of automation andintelligent greenhouse control system, integration of electronic technology, sensortechnology, communication technology and computer technology are used in greenhousecontrol system, that become an important trend of modern greenhouse control system.The overall design project of intelligentized greenhouse control system is proposedbased on the analysis of the greenhouse environment and control strategy. The systemuses a networked design structure, including the greenhouse controller which is based onSTM32F107VCT6, the sampling instrumentation modules based on PSoC, and MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System). Using Modbus-RTU communication protocoland RS485serial bus communication to manage the greenhouse PSoC environmentinstrumentation network and signal acquisition, the remote control of greenhouse isachieved by LWIP Ethernet and Modbus/TCP communication protocol. The MCGSmainly achieves real-time monitoring and intervention of greenhouse environment, andthe auxiliary management on greenhouse environment. Through the monitoring ofgreenhouse environment, the crop growing conditions can be ensured, and economicefficiency of agricultural production, can be improved.Considering that the most of greenhouse measurement and control systems arebased on switch devices control, and sometimes the single environmental factor needsswitch devices combination control. In this paper, the research of greenhouseenvironment factor switch control strategy is based on the greenhouse system model andnine-point controller, it aims at optimizing the greenhouse single factor combinationswitch control, guaranteeing robustness, servo and quickness of the greenhouse controlsystem.The control system can meet producing requirement, high reliability, easy to operateand maintain.
