Expert Control Based On Industrial Ethernet

Dealing with control problem in industry process with wide lag? nonlinear?multivariable and incertitude, to develop intelligent control is an available way. Industrial Ethernet is a new direction of industrial control Network, its birth and development will back up the application of intelligent control. Expert control is an important part of intelligent control. It's useful and significative to apply expert control on industrial Ethernet.This dissertation first introduces the status of control network and industrial Ethernet's technologies, then narrates the radical theory and structure of the expert control, after that, expatiates the primary idea, conception and design theory of Human-Simulated Intelligent Control, for short, HSIC. In this thesis, a simple, flexible, economical, credible expert control system based on industrial Ethernet, which is fit for small and normal scale factory, is designed. Aiming at three-tank liquid level equipment, a HSIC algorithm is designed by the expert control system development tool(ECSS), and is used to control the three-tank liquid level system. The result of real-time expert control is satisfying.
