In recent years,with the rapid development of greenhouse technology,the scale of greenhouse has been increasing year by year.From the initial single greenhouse to the current development of greenhouse area appears,the requirements for the greenhouse technology are increasingly higher,so it is to be collected in the greenhouse parameters increasing,the control quantity is increasing.The traditional single measurement and control of greenhouse environment parameters have been eliminated by the current greenhouse technology.Now,the greenhouse control system should include comprehensive control of temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide,light,soil moisture and a series of environmental parameters,small climate system object unified a better for the greenhouse,provide a more automatic and intelligent greenhouse system for people,it has become the inevitable trend of the development of greenhouse control system.Based on the analysis of greenhouse environment parameters,the whole scheme of a greenhouse monitoring system were put forward,this system concluded three parts:the first part was the center of the data layer client PC form,the main role was to show the user the current greenhouse environment parameter information,users could also remotely set of greenhouse environment control greenhouse,achieved the purpose of remote monitoring and control;the second part was the exchange layer,which using STM32 microcontroller as the core of the greenhouse Zigbee main controller and coordinator and control module.Through the Ethernet and Zigbee wireless network,respectively to exchange data with the Modbus/TCP and Z-Stack protocol stack and the user terminal host computer and terminal equipment,realized the acquisition of carbon dioxide,temperature,soil moisture and illumination parameters.The main controller of the greenhouse was controlled by the RS232 bus and the Modbus-RTU was used to realize the control of the greenhouse environment.The third part was the terminal business layer was the collection of the system,which was composed of 51 single-chip microcomputer as the core module.This design was mainly to assist the management of greenhouse,monitoring and control of the indoor environment parameters,to provide a better climate conditions for the growth of greenhouse crops.Due to the limited conditions in the validation part of the article only to verify the irrigation function,the control of other environmental parameters need to be completed later.It is proved that the system can realize the real-time monitoring of the carbon dioxide concentration,soil moisture content,light intensity and temperature in the greenhouse.
