In today's agricultural production, the greenhouse canopy is already occupies more and more large place, in order to meet crop's growth conditions, improve crop yields and quality, the environmental parameters on greenhouse inside must strictly control (such as temperature, humidity, light, etc.), This is then developed produced greenhouse environment control system. Its development through the analog controller, digital controller, until the current widely use is the system with based on field bus is distributed greenhouse environment control system. At the same time as the rapid development of the sensor technology, process control technology, the communication technology and computer technology, modern greenhouse environment factor automatic acquisition and intelligent control system development has increasingly attracted people's attention, and become a far-reaching prospects of research direction. Aiming at this trend, this paper put forward the overall plan based on the greenhouse environment and regulatory policy analysis, at the same time this report designed a set of control system, intelligent greenhouse, this system uses distribution master-slave type design structure, including STM32F107 single chip monomer greenhouse intelligent control system, CAN to USB module and computer management software, through to the CAN to USB module implements on greenhouse of even building management, for the upgrade of greenhouse monitoring system providing a new scheme. PC achieve greenhouse environment for crops of real-time monitoring and intervention climate, and the auxiliary management on greenhouse effect; Based on the monitoring meet greenhouse environment in greenhouse crop growth needs, thus makes its yield, improve the economic benefits of agricultural production. Intelligent greenhouse control system according to the canopy greenhouse monitoring and control requirements, for the control the equipments such as Ventilation Shade net,heating,Humidification,roof windows/Side windows and so on in the greenhouse so that the parameters (e.g., Temperature, humidity, light) will in great value in greenhouse environment. This system mainly by the data acquisition module, the data storage module, logic control module, man-machine interactive module, and output control device module, the power modules, alarm control module and CAN to USB module to part.In hardware design part, signal acquisition completes with the humidity, temperature and light sensors; data storage achieves by the flash of chip itself; human-computer interface is based on composite keys and LCD; output control model uses the driver chip of ULN2804, optical couplers, relays and etc; the alarm circuit completes by the buzzer. At the same time communication uses CAN bus and USB bus, achieves a single greenhouse to connect with PC of multi-span assisted management.And in the software design part there are mainly include two parts:the first one is mainly point at the programming of single greenhouse intelligent controller and CAN to USB module based on STM32F107. This part of the program compiled by the C language, achieve the greenhouse intelligent controlling and data communication PC adopts Visual C++ 6.0 to complete assisted management of greenhouse.The field operation test:the test results of this system, which basically meet the design demand, are reliable.
