With the rapid development of the agricultural mechanization and informationization level of agricultural production,equipment management of agricultural machinery is increasingly crucial.The traditional agricultural operations is ineffective management,low efficiency and high cost,the equipment data easily lost,data query difficulty,machinery matching unreasonably,technical condition is not clear,much security risk,maintenance difficulties,work situation is unknown,the tractor driver training task and so on,the above problems are not able to solve quickly,agricultural machinery is increasingly necessary.Because of the openness of the Android platform and the freedom of the broad development environment which is widely used.Develop a lot of software for the APP which is Feature-rich,practical and convenient.In the domestic,some scholars have studied the key technologies of agricultural machinery management APP,and Some companies also developed each of agricultural machinery management APP system based on Android mobile phones.Although those moods solved some outstanding problems in the agricultural machinery management,but there are simple system problems,for example,a single interface,the farm machinery management exist independently between APP,data sharing is poor.Just as a “tube” and “tube”,the intelligence is poor,they are not easy to promotion.Aiming at the above problem,this article designed Agriculture smartphone management system based on Android,data acquisition device installed on Agricultural machinery equipment to collect technical parameters of agricultural machinery and operating status information.Then,data uploaded to the machinist's mobile phone via bluetooth,Fusion in the mobile phone GPS/GIS data information,weather information,through 3G or 4G network to upload to the Internet network.Upload real-time monitoring data to background center computer,real-time remote monitoring technology status and operation status of agricultural machinery.Implementation of agricultural machinery operation management and maintenance management,online training of machinist,agricultural policy and information sharing,provide the basis forequipment evaluation,investment decision-making,will be users of agricultural machinery,management organization,design and production enterprises,after-sales maintenance,spare parts supply,etc.To realize linkage operation object,provide big data the basis data,also Shared big data,this thesis research work mainly are as follows:(1)The whole structure design of this system.It is Included mobile vehicle data acquisition system hardware and farm machinery management APP,clear architectural principles and functions of the system,system development method and process,defining state based on agricultural machinery technology and fault diagnosis of moving vehicle data acquisition system function,interface,data upload,proposed based on the intelligent management of agricultural machinery of APP application software function module.(2)Design and build mobile vehicle data acquisition system design and build mobile vehicle data acquisition system.Using the principle of modular design,Mobile vehicle mounted terminal data acquisition system is divided into five parts which are included sensor collection and processing module,control module,memory module and wireless transmission module based on bluetooth.Designed interface circuit which are included based on CAN bus voltage sensor,current sensor,the digital sensor and frequency senso-r five different types of sensor.Many kinds of technologies to meet the agricultural equipment state parameter collection,each sensor at the same time also USES CAN bus communication interface and control module.Agricultural machinery equipment working state parameters not only can be uploaded via bluetooth module machinist collection,at the same time also stored in the storage module,historical data query.(3)Mobile phone GPS/A-GPS positioning data,and combined agricultural GIS systems,agricultural machinery equipment for accurate positioning is studied.Based on the location of the mobile phone business data,A-GPS as the positioning parameters of farm machinery equipment,greatly improve the positioning accuracy,convergence agricultural GIS system,and the acquisition of agricultural machinery to eliminate the coordinates and arithmetic average processing in order to obtain high precise latitude,the operation of agricultural machinery position coordinates information,provide the basis for agricultural machinery equipment operating area calculation.(4)Article put forward a kind of law theory of envelope area,refers to.The real-timecollect location of agricultural machinery,choose the development,describes the function of the software development and each part of the call relationship,verified the results of the software function modules in detail.The three major functions: data acquisition,data transmission and display of data.“Wisdom of agricultural Machinery management system” the Android client application terminal,the software mainly includes the operation of agricultural Machinery,agricultural Machinery service,tractor driver training,personal information four big modules,the resulting Wisdon Farm Machinery.The apk,It run in Android5.0 above and mobile phone use.(6)Set up the test platform,and the corresponding experiments were carried out on the functions,location,monitoring and operation area of the system.Test results show that: this area error of solve the agricultural machinery operation is 1.4% ~ 2.085%using this mood.Under two kinds of operation mode which is the envelope area method in full operation mode and the overlapping operation mode experiment,the results show that the error is small,envelope method can effectively prevent the overlapping operation,and can reduce error.
