Design And Implementation Of Financial Leasing Business Management System

Financial leasing is a kind of financial service innovation,which is the product of the combination of trade,finance and leasing.With the implementation of the "Belt and Road" national strategy,the demand for enterprises to drive equipment exports through financial leasing is increasing,the progress of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization has provided new opportunities for the expansion of equipment financing leasing business in related fields.Under the preferential tax incentives for fiscal and tax reform,more businesses are choosing to acquire equipment in a financial lease rather than a direct purchase from a tax-efficient perspective.The financial leasing industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy and market system.The development of financial leasing business has played a good role in promoting the transformation of China's economic structure,speeding up the implementation of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,promoting the integration and development of finance and real economy,solving the financing difficulties of small and mediumsized enterprises,and improving the level of business development of enterprises.Under the new normal of economy,the financial leasing industry is playing an increasingly important role in China's national economy and market system,which is favored by small and medium-sized enterprises.With the increasing volume of financial leasing business data,the advantages of online financial leasing are more obvious than that of the traditional offline mode.At present,the international financial leasing information has is quite mature,it is difficult to localize.A small number of large financial leasing enterprises have complex business support systems and high prices,which are unaffordable for most small and medium-sized enterprises to meet the development needs of enterprises.Many small and medium-sized financial leasing enterprises urgently need an easy-to-use financial leasing information system suitable for local business needs,in order to meet their own business characteristics to the maximum.Based on the real need of the domestic financial leasing industry,this paper designs and realizes the financial leasing business platform for small and medium-sized enterprises.The platform adopts the REST-style front-end separation architecture,the financial lease management system applies the front-end separation development model,the front end uses the Vue-based View UI component library,and the back end builds the system based on the Django Rest framework.At the same time,this platform adds a workflow component written by myself.The workflow component realizes the function that the financial leasing company can design the audit flow independently without code.Based on the requirements analysis,eight functional modules and databases are designed,and the functions of the system are further designed in detail through flowchart and functional module diagram.The main functions of this platform:(1)provide the lessee company with online financing application review,loan confirmation,contract change application and basic information management.(2)For the staff of the financial leasing company to provide financing project application,credit assessment,project management,loan management,credit management,repayment management,file management,customer management,overdue management and collection management functions.(3)For the management of the financial leasing company to provide the financing application review,project review,contract change application review and other processes of the review.This paper provides an online business solution for domestic small and medium-sized financial leasing enterprises,which is friendly and easy to use,can significantly reduce the information cost of small and medium-sized financial leasing enterprises,standardize the business operation and management process,and improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.
