Therefore, the design and application of businessmanagement system based on workflow to management enterprise business process hasbecome rigid requirements for most businesses. Workflow management system enablescollaboration and efficient implementation of work tasks between employees, helps therational allocation of staff, and monitoring of work process execution. The huge marketdemand in the workflow management system, making various software developmentcompanies to design a variety of different software products. But in the development of thissoftware, due to the large staff mobility and work coordination system is not perfect, leadingto there are a lot of problems exist, such as software product development cycle is long,reusability is not high and poor flexibility, etc. At present the software development based oncomponent technology is the hot spot of research. It can significantly improve the efficiency ofthe development of software products, greatly reducing the time to market, and it is easy tomaintain software later. Therefore, the project of wind energy company operation andmanagement system of the practical application as the practical background of this paper, todiscuss the design and development of workflow definition tool based on componenttechnology, its efficiency directly affects the efficiency of the workflow management system.This paper analyzes the architecture of workflow management system, the element modeland modeling method of process definition and the software development based on processcomponents. This paper designs a integrated workflow definition tool based on component, toimplement the visual management of related models of the process definition, simplify thedevelopment of management system applications effectively and improve the efficiency ofsoftware development system. This constructs an enhanced workflow process definition modelbased on the method of activity network diagram, by adding "state" and "condition" attribute,improve the adaptive ability and the strain capacity to the complexity business process,effectively compensate the problems of the basic activity diagram modeling methods existingin the practice enterprise business process design. This paper also designs the organizationmodel, authorization model and form model which coupled of the process model. Finally the related module components are implements based on the.NET framework, and thenassembled to realize workflow definition tool based on C/S model. Combined with thecollaborative office platform corresponding workflow engine and B/S model to build theworkflow management system and the feasibility and the validity of the design method isproved by operation of the test.
