Research On Space Products' Drawing Process Monitoring And Management Technology Based On Workflow

Drawing is the most important carrier of space products'information. Drawing management is an important way for collaborative production management, and it is an indispensable part for aerospace enterprises striding forward digital factory as well. A drawing monitoring and management system which has flexible workflow mechanism will greatly improve management efficiency from product design, process to the entire manufacturing process, and have an important role in shortening manufacture cycle, reducing business operating cost, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. This paper bases on the demand of technology preparation and process management which is the agile manufacturing branch item of No.2 Academe of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp, space products'drawing process monitoring and management method for astronautical enterprise is researched in this paper.Basic theory and modeling method based on the flexible workflow concept of drawing process management is researched, mathematical definiens for drawing process workflow model is achieved based on set theory, based on which the overall model, process model, organization model, task model and system monitoring model of drawing process management are established. According to the features of drawing process management, the activities in drawing process are classified, and the methods of links between activities are identified. The activity network diagram is used to establish workflow process model which has flexible mechanism, and process model graphic expression is achieved.The operation control mechanisms of drawing process model is researched, corresponding process, activity and change algorithm are designed, the flexible dynamic customization is achieved. The workflow engine which drives the whole monitoring and management system to work is designed. For some problems of drawings management in collaborative production, the drawing versions integrated model and task assignment algorithm is raised.Based on the relational database theory, a data model which is support for the workflow process flexible customization and process model automatic implementation is established. In SQL Server relational database system environment, the three-tier architecture of the data layer, the application layer and the interface layer is adopted to develop the space products'drawing process monitoring and management system with Delphi 6, flexible management requirement for drawing process of enterprise is achieved.
