The ground source heat pump central air-conditioning control system is a widelyused central air-conditioning control system. With the development of control theory,electronic technology and energy-saving technologies, the traditional ground sourceheat pump central air-conditioning control system no longer meets the systemrequirements what is running stable and energy-saving. Simple and reliable circuitdesign and ideal energy-saving effect have become the basic requirements of theground source heat pump central air-conditioning system. And modular and digitalsystem design has become a new direction of air-conditioning system design. Undersuch conditions, a controller based on TMS320LF2407processor is designed in thethesis. The main content of the thesis are as follows:Firstly, the thesis describes the development status and trends, and points put thecharacteristics of ground source heat pump central air-conditioning system.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the composition and working principle ofair-conditioning system, and described the application of the system of energy-savingand inverter technology.Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the principle of fuzzy control theory and PID controltheory. Then, the thesis based on the ground source heat pump central air-conditioningsystem features optimized the combination of the fuzzy algorithm and PID algorithm,and get the algorithm of air-conditioning system controller. A simulation of thecombination algorithm is done in the matlab environment, and the simulation runresults of the combination algorithm and ordinary algorithm are analyzed.Fourthly, the thesis described the design way of the controller hardware part, adetailed analysis of the module design principle and signal integrity approach is done.The signal of the power supply circuit part is tested in the LeCroy oscilloscope.Finally, the thesis described the design way of the controller software part. Atfirst, the design process of the software part of the master program is introduced.Then, the way and problem of each subroutine is design is described in the thesis. Atlast, the thesis concluded the attention problem of the main chip in the softwaredesign.
