Public information service is the main way of the rural information service. In thenorthwest of Liaoning, the proportion of the agricultural population is large, cultivated landarea is wide, poverty rate is high, to carry out the public information service is the inevitablechoice of Liaoning northwest countryside. It is very important practical significance to thefarmers’ producing and living of Liaoning northwest region, and it plays a great promotingrole in improving farmers’ income of the northwest of Liaoning and promoting thedevelopment of Liaoning northwest agricultural economy.The first chapter mainly introduces the background, research purpose and researchsignificance of this research, firstly summarizes the research status at home and abroad, andthen puts forward the research methods, framework and innovation.The second chapter provides an overview of rural public information service in China,the emergence and development of rural public information service in China, and putsforward the factors that influenced the development of China’s rural public informationservice.In the third chapter, through empirical research methods, on the basis of the analysis ofthe present situation of rural public information service in Liaoning northwest countryside,according to the influencing factors of rural public information service, analyzed the problemof the Liaoning northwest rural public information service from the aspects of supply anddemand.The fourth chapter uses the analysis of the obtained results in the third chapter, constructa rural public information service mode of the northwest of Liaoning that technology as thesupport, organization for security, demand oriented, and initially explore the mode.The fifth chapter summarizes the shortcomings of the article, and prospect for the futureresearch.
