Design And Implementation Of Network Teaching System

With the rapid development of information technology, new education method which based on Network Teaching Platform is becoming new trend in the field of education recently. It breaks the traditional classroom teaching method, with sharing of educational resources, and it doesn’t restrict by time and space. Due to its feature, Network Teaching is quickly becoming the most popular learning method for teachers and students. It cannot be denied that network and multimedia what be used in education is one of the key points of modern education; Network Teaching is an important development direction of modern education, which is able to meet the needs of modern education requirements.This paper mainly describes the research and the trend of Network Teaching Platform, analyzes the situation, focus on the design of the platform. In the paper, based on the software engineering method, including the system theory and technology, requirements, the system design, the detailed design and testing, and use case diagram, class diagram and timing diagram have been used to make explanations. The Network Teaching System depend on Microsoft’s ASP.NET technology, deployed on Internet Information Server(IIS), implement the data transmission and page presenting with good interaction and scalability. System based on MVC architecture which is user-friendly. The Network Teaching System includes front learning subsystem, background resource management subsystem and background online course management subsystem. In this system the author are responsible for the design and implement of online learning module, banner management module, the background of my resource management module, basic settings module, user management module and so on.At present, the system has been used by many schools, with good stability and great feedback. Education resources are gradually improved, the number of participants is growing, and the system has become more and more influential on students. Actually, the system meets the goal of Network Teaching.
