The rapid development of Information technology and economic globalization, which make Chinese logistics gained large leaps and bounds. But obviously inadequate supervision throughout the logistics, mainly due to transport and distribution process have the large span space, line complex, which make real-time vehicle location information and goods status information in transit is difficult to obtain; in loading-unloading process and warehousing process’s work still done manually, labor-intensive, high cargo damage rate and low information collection accuracy rate.Howerver, Accurate vehicle location information and goods status information is necessary for logistic full-process supervision.TheThings of internet(IOT) have full perception, reliable transmission, intelligent processing and other features, has broad application prospects in the logistics field. Especially RFID, GPS, GIS, sensors and other technologies to achieve logistics provides the possibility of monitoring the entire process with big advantage.In order to improve the level of full supervision of logistics, this paper will divide the whole process logistics with the order into transportation process, loading-unloading process, warehousing process and distribution process. In different process use different IOT technologies to realize logistic process supervision. Transportation processand distribution process is mainly the use of RFID, GPS and sensor technology to obtain real-time status of goods in transit and location, which is passed through the3G communication technology to logistics monitoring center, combined with GIS techniques drawn into the electronic map to realize visualized monitoring; in loading-unloading process and storage process is mainly use RFID, sensors to identify the goods and collect cargo status information, in order to improve the accuracy of the information collected.According to the research train of thought, this paper main research content is as follows:First, describes the characteristics and key technologies of The Internet of Things, depending on the characteristics of IOT to analysis the needs of different logistics process, then under IOT’s technology, design new processes of transport, loading and unloading, storage, and distribution.Second, new process combines various processes, design out the function and database. Functional design focuses on transportation, warehousing, distribution. Such as transportation and distribution process delay alarm, theft alarm, speed alarm and routes abnormal alarm; warehousing process theft alarm, temperature alarm, and cargo safe inventory control functions. According to the corresponding function designed11data tables, and use SQL Server2008to drawn E-R model.Third, the key technology to realization the study of logistic whole process management system based on the internet of thing. Focus on how to obtain real-time location information and goods status information, including GPS vehicle location information acquisition to achieve, cargo status information acquisition to achieve, geographic address analysis to achieve, vehicle line drawing and abnormal alarm function realization. Geographic address analysis and vehicle roadmaps use Baidu Map API to assist in design and implementation.
