| China is a shipbuilding country. Modern shipbuilding mode requires shipbuilding enterprises to achieve balanced, rapid assembly shipbuilding. But our shipbuilding enterprises still rely on cheap labor and experience in production management. Production plan formulation is also given priority to with experience. It’s still hard to carry on the dynamic monitoring about the production process. Also, can’t reasonability arrange production orders under much production tasks. It is unable to find the optimal solution for the key link to restrict ship production. It’s also a problem to statistics the utilization rate of equipment and the production bottleneck in the process of production. The production plan unable to comprehensively consider the coupling effect of various sudden factorsShip construction process of virtual simulation technology using process reengineering technology to simulation the real ship production process in computer, which can realize the function of prediction and simulation of production does not consume any actual resources, to play a guiding role for making the production plan, optimizing the task order of multiple production tasks to find the shortest production time sequence, and optimizing the ship manufacturing workshop assembly parts transportation system to solve the key problems that influence efficiency of shipbuilding.This article is based on Plant-Simulation software and the SimTalk language, modeling and Simulating ship building process about a shipyard in domestic, do the following work.1. Making a detailed research and the elaboration about the development of virtual simulation technology at home and abroad, the virtual simulation technology used in the field of ship’s production is also presented. This article analyzes the modern shipbuilding mode to the influence of the shipbuilding enterprises in our country. 2. Dividing the ship manufacturing process of complex into a number of key nodes, including steel material yard, steel pretreatment, ship blocks manufacturing, coating, dock fold. Summarizing the key production technology principle and main node about the steel material yard, steel pretreatment center, ship blocks fabrication and dockyard fabrication. This paper introduces the methods of production data acquisition.3. Build the main modeling objects, by means of parametric modeling to build physical model which can realize the actual production conditions on Plant Simulation platform. Write the corresponding control algorithm to realize the physical model of the movement. Developing a unified user interactive control interface to realize the observation of the virtual construction process and parameters modified.4. Make a validation about the specific production tasks in steel pretreatment center and ship blocks manufacturing workshop, which means to validate the production plane is whether reasonable. Optimize the production orders of panel blocks production under multiple tasks based on the genetic algorithm. Carried on the simulation and optimization about the ship section workshop material transport system, and by using multiple combination tests to find the optimal parameter settings about the material transport system. |
