Design Studies On Group Materials Management System In Provincial Grid Corporation

In recent years, power grid enterprises promote group materials management, revolution of organizational structure、creative management models and business process optimization, which leads to the great improvement of centralized materials management. This thesis focuses on how to set up world-leading supplier chain management and further develop group materials management in order to optimize allocation of resources、have materials lifecycle management and control the overall supplier chain.This thesis, first, describes the relations between materials and materials management、physical distribution and physical distribution management、supplier chain and supplier chain management、materials management informationization and materials management information system. And then, it takes H province as an example to introduce the materials management development and current situations、 supervision and regulatory environment、political and social responsibilities of large-scale power grid enterprises and state the development direction、internal conditions and advantages of enterprises and power grid.It analyzes the problems in materials management and the whole process of materials management in the form of graphs based on data from information system, and finds out the problems in institutional mechanisms、standardization、 informationization、building of talent team、Requirement management、purchasing management、contract management、storage management、delivery management、 quality supervision and management、supplier management、Waste materials disposal management、and emergency supplies management.With regard to the realizable target of group materials management in H province, we propose the solution of group materials management, confirm the business relations between materials management information system and other information systems and put forward the guarantee measures so as to deepen supplier chain management, establish quick and effective materials supply system and group materials management information system primarily with ERP system and e-businesses with the aim of guaranteeing the quality of power grid and improving the materials supply service and optimizing the total cost of supplier chain.
