The Internet,in the world of rapid development of computer technology and the popularity of software applications,has promoted a lot of traditional material management mode to the direction of high intelligence and automation.The government work report for 2015 sets out the "Internet +" action plan,which will vigorously promote the integration of information technology with traditional industries,thus accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.The electric power industry,as the most important energy sector in the national economy development,more need to link all aspects of information integration,so as to ensure the safe operation of the overall power system.National power resources as C hina's economic lifeline and energy security,in the super big country with a population of 1.3 billion,the power grid has covered 90% of the country's land area,serving more than 1.15 billion people.For such a large power supply system,power supply management is also facing high requirements and challenges,the State Grid has put forward the "strong smart grid" development strategy,which also strengthened the role of information technology in power production,transportation and resource management.It can also be seen that the State Grid attaches great importance to the management of its assets include power supply management.Therefore,the development of the power supply material management system,which is comprehensive,easy to operate and maintain,play a crucial role to economic development and the rational al ocation of the electric power resources.In this paper,using the Spring MVC framework development information management platform.Spring MVC,a lightweight WEB fra mework developed based on J2 EE,can quickly develop WEB application engineering based on the pattern of MVC architecture.Front-end development mainly adopts JSP + javascript + CSS model,JSP is based on the dynamic web technology standard written in Java.javascript is the front-end browser scripting language,mainly responsible for the development of the dynamic operation such as page form validation.CSS cascading style sheets(CSS)can be used to type pages.Back-end WEB layer mainly to complete the functional logic development,receive front-end page data and instructions to complete the corresponding function development,and to operate the database through the hibernate framework.The database uses MySQL for material data storage.Based on the above technical route,the system function module is divided into five modules: plan management,purchasing management,warehouse management,basic data and system maintenance.Mainly to achieve the integrated management of the material demand planning analysis,custom procurement plan,procurement tender,warehousing and stock removal.What's more,the system can do the classification management of the staff information and material information through the basic module,and ensure the normal operation of the system and the uniqueness and timeliness of the company data through the basic data maintenance.The new power supplies information platform based on the framework of B/S mode,can achieve State Grid power supply resources data sharing across the country,and the terminal is not restricted,can access at any time via a browser.B/S mode,with high integration,easy to maintain and develop,leave out the trouble of constantly upgrade and installation.thereby,service and resource scheduling efficiency can be enhanced greatly.
