Wireless sensor network (WSN) is not only a new type of sensor network, but also a interdisciplinary field. By wireless communication, lots of sensors, which are capable of sensing, computing and communicating, constitute a multi-hop self-organizing network system. It aims at sensing and processing the information of the target object in district. Then send the data to the observers. WSN has great application potential. It can function well in many fields. However, the hardware resource of sensors limits the application and development of WSN. So designing energy-saving route algorithms is still the research focus as always. Besides, the network structure may be completely different according to its function and application circumstance. But there are few route algorithm researches under the special network structure.After analyzing the principle and drawback of LEACH, this paper proposed a new route algorithm based on LEACH. And complete the algorithm stimulation under the3D network model. Introduce the energy threshold factor during the cluster head election phase, it can make the sensor nodes with more energy become cluster heads more easily. Then propose the energy consumption estimation algorithm to avoid the energy spending for collecting energy state of the whole network, and design cluster head filtering mechanism to prolong the life time, optimizing the structure and improve the efficiency of the whole network.Because of some specific application circumstance, such as power transmission line, mine and long tunnel, this paper proposed a stereoscopic network model of directional long-chain structure. And by limiting the distance of wireless communication, this paper stimulated the circumstance with obstacles. After analyzing the application limitation of some traditional route algorithms under the model and nodes deployment method, this paper proposed a plane route algorithm to adapting the network of directional long-chain structure.
