Research And Implementation Of Field Staff Management System Based On LBS

Field staff management is not only a means of supervising the field staff, but also a rapid information sharing channels for managers and workers. In recent years as companies increasingly large geographical area, the number and scope of activities of field staff increases, the importance of the management of field staff have gradually improved.. This paper presents a solution of using LBS in the management of field staff to solve the traditional problems in field staff management.In the field management level, this paper analyzed the current status of field staff enterprise management, described the field staff management in detail, put forward the solution according to the existing problems, eventually finishing as the business needs analysis of system. In the theoretical level, this paper researched the JavaEE standard platform, MVC framework and LBS technologies. Related to the application of the system development, this paper introduced the WebGIS, JSON and AndroidPN technology. According to the theory and technology research, this paper gives the design of field staff management system.In this paper, field staff management system implemented the function of the message pushing, real-time positioning, attendance management, track playback and other functions. Through this system, managers can get the location of field staff, push notice to the field staff and so on. Field staff can complete attendance, upload data etc. through the mobile phone client of system. The field staff management make both managers and field staff get rid of the traditional management, and achieve the good management effect.
