Under the background of rapid development of mobile internet, the enterprises and institutions facing with the market competition suffer from more and more pressure. How to improve the efficiency of management and strengthen the regulation of field employees becomes a thorny problem to enterprise managers. In order to solve the problem of the company field staff supervision, an enterprise field staff management system based on J2 EE is presented. By positioning the field staff, enterprise managers can real-time control the location of the field staff. In this way, enterprise managers schedule the field staff conveniently and improve the work efficiency.The field staff management system is developed according to the process of V model. First of all, I do a system needs analysis and make the system use case diagram by using UML object-oriented modeling technology, and do the overall design of the system by dividing the system into twelve part. The system is a field staff management system combining the C/S structure with the B/S structure. The system chooses the MVC three layer architecture model of the J2 EE enterprise applications, which making it has better scalability. The server uses struts2.2 hibernate3.6 spring3.0 as background framework and chooses the relational database MYSQL to store data. In database design part, we design an entity-relation diagram and the database table structure for the core function module. The mobile client communicates with the server by using the Restful Web Services interface that choosing JSON data format. Mobile phones client upload the latitude and the longitude to server by using the function of GPS positioning, then the server displays the corresponding position on the web page according to the latitude and longitude coordinates, in order to get the position of the field staff. We do the system design in detail including the division of function module and UML sequence diagrams. We do the system implement using the engineering flow chart and the effect of page. Finally, according to the test cases, we test the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements to verify the system function meets the demand forecast.Therefore, the field staff improves the work efficiency and is being managed easily because of the use of the system. At present, the system has good commercial operation by the online feedback, which solving the problem of supervision.
