With the continuous expansion of the company's scale,the organizational structure of the department has become increasingly complex,and the number of staff under the department has also increased.How to comprehensively analyze and track the capabilities of the employees has become a new challenge for the management of the enterprise.The method used by the company to assess the staff's capabilities on a regular basis was not efficient,and the supervisor's textual description of the staffs capabilities was difficult to quantitatively analyze.For this reason,the enterprise needs a new way to manage the staffs capabilities.The enterprise rethinks the deficiencies in the original management concept,and proposes a new management idea based on the division of departmental skills for quantitative assessment of staffs capabilities,and organizes the team to develop the Staff Capability Management System.The Staff Capability Management System is generally divided into departmental skill domain configuration module,departmental team management module,individual capability management module,and authority control module.This thesis mainly introduces the design and implementation of this system.The system adopts B/S mode and is developed based on JavaEE.As a whole,the system adopts the Spring Boot framework and has a layered modular design.The MyBatis framework is integrated in the persistence layer.At the same time,the system uses the Quartz timing task framework and the Velocity template engine to process the data updates at fixed time and automatic generation of system email,and uses RESTful style to design the interface,making the API more readable.The development of the Staff Capability Management System provides enterprise staff with an information platform to record changes in personal capabilities.It can help staff record the growth of various skills during the working process.For department heads and project managers,the division of staffs capabilities and the recording of the capability level can help optimize staffing during project development and improve team work efficiency and overall capabilities.At the same time,many of the data statistics and data analysis provided by the system can also help management's overall awareness of department capabilities,as well as the continuous tracking of changes in the capabilities of department members,and thus improve the management of the enterprise.
