Geological research is a work that by explorting and investigating of thedistribution of resources, finally get available field data. Field data types havegeophysical prospecting, remote sensing and other primitive materials, as well as theresearch data that formation of comprehensive analysises. How to efficiently collectand manage these complex and important field data is a problem that China AeroGeophysical Survey&Remote Sensing Center for Land and Resources(AGRS)has awlays facing. The rapid development of information technology has broughtunprecedented opportunities, how to use information technology means to managefield data is a worthwhile study.The research group has undertaken AGRS project management subsystem andplan project management system of High-precision airborne geophysical survey. Thefirst system implemented the project management, quality management, contractmanagement, and device management based on the work project management model.The other solved large project management of China Geological Survey Bureau. Nowthe research group is developing the AGRS plan project management system that willintegrate the two systems and upgrade to JPBM workflow management system, inwhich the part of field data management implement base on WebGIS.The system uses the popular combination framework of Struts, Spring andHibernate, it bases on MVC design pattern. The front interactives with user interfaceby using JSP, Struts2tags and OGNL expression language. The background controlsbusiness logic by using Struts2, and also defines the logic through configuration file.Spring features such as dependency injection and aspect-oriented programmingcomplete object instantiation and transaction management. Hibernate providesservices for mapping JavaBean and database tables on the persistence layer. InWebGIS part, it implements the map related operations with the ArcGIS API forJavaScript, so it can provide an intuitive way to manage field data. The system will provide field data query and statistics services for AGRSleadership in order to keep abreast of the field production. It can implement classificsecurity management for important datas through permissions assigned thatbackground system management module provides. The system will facilitate theconduct of business, make security for data storage, and provide scientific foundationfor leadership decisions.
