IC card technology and applications are achieved rapid development with the development of VLSI technology, computer technology and information security technological. IC card as a new application platform has a very wide range of applications in many areas. Nowadays the IC card has been widely applied to the modern human society lives, a great convenience to people’s lives, especially in the micro-payment finance, consumption-related applications.At present domestic commonly used IC Cards have Mifare One S50card, non-contact CPU card and pos terminal security access module PSAM card, etc. Correspond the card reader is one of the Cards, compatibility is not enough, in use is inconvenient. To solve above is not enough, the design of compatible with multi IC card reader is based on the actual needs of Jiang Su Yifeng Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.First, the main indicators of these three cards, internal storage structure, operational processes, file system, operating commands are analyzed, and then design the hardware circuit and software of the compatible with multiple IC card reader.Reader hardware circuit mainly includes:the reader of the MCU module circuit, power-on reset circuit, JTAG interface circuit, RS-232interface circuit, buzzer circuit, a voltage conversion circuit, PASM slot circuits, RF chip circuit, reader antenna, etc.Reader software design mainly includes:the main program design, STM32processor initialization, AS3911initialization, STM32and AS3911SPI communications interface between the driver, the card initialization anti-collision, Mifare One S50card software design, non-contact CPU card PSAM card software design and software design these parts. And the specific function of the package, the overall design of the reader command format.Actual production, it will be distributed in two hardware circuit boards, respectively, for the control circuit board and antenna board. In the master module contains three PASM slot circuit through PSAM card data port level conversion circuit, to solve for the ISO/IEC7816protocol which provides an A class, B class two card compatible. Integrated in the antenna panel system antenna, the realization of the miniaturization of the system. Under the serial debugging assistant reader has been tested, the test results show that the reader can achieve the Mifare One S50cards, non-contact CPU card, PSAM card is properly read and write, good compatibility.The innovation of this project is to integrate Mifare One S50cards, non-contact CPU card and PSAM card operations into a single reader in. Readers solve compatibility issues versatility.
