RF identification technology is a kind of technology of using RF signal through space coupling in order to non-contact information transmission, and through the transmission of information to identify. After the rapid development of the 1990s, RF identification technology now has involved many aspects of people's daily lives, and with wide application prospects. At present, making card technology for domestic RF card and the corresponding core technology of literacy equipment are still backward, which have greatly restricted RF card technology development in our country. Therefore, the research about the RF card and reading equipment core technology is a very meaningful thing.In today's world, the mainstream of RF card is the MIFARE technology in Philips company, which has been developed to international standards: ISO/IEC 14443 TYPE A standards. Thus in this paper the smart RF card (MIFARE cards in Philips company) and the core technology of reading equipment core modules were deeply studied. Research includes as following: MIFARE 1 card features, functional composition, storage structure and MIFARE 1 card reading equipment core modules features, pin configuration, operating principles.A common set of RF card reading equipment was designed on the base of comprehensive grasping this technology. Design elements include: hardware, the low consumption of its card reading electricity circuit design, RF circuit design learning modules, micro control unit circuit design, serial communication circuit design, real-time clock circuit design, LCD screen showing circuit design and antenna design;In the software respect, design the RF cards various functions operating program and micro controller MSP430 program.In this paper, the overall design of the RF card reading equipment has no specific application context. Both hardware and software systems were module designed. Compared other reading equipment, there are many characteristics as following:1 > To achieve the low-consumption solution specific devices, such as the public telephone in feeder lines, portable card readers, and requiring low-consumption occasions and so on.2^ Providing a wide variety of serial communications interface forms : RS232% RS485 and USB interfaces. Different communications applications occasions can compatible with single and multi-machine communications.By reading this paper, I hope readers can grasp the ideological basis of this design, for different applications background, developing numerous occasions applied products, such as door access system, non-stop highway toll system, banking services, "one-card" system, and so on.
