Shandong is a big province for the building materials, and in more than a decade, buildingmaterials products represented by cement production are among the best in our country. Withthe rapid development trend of modern information, the demand of Shandong building materialindustry association for the accuracy and timeliness of building materials information retrievalis higher and higher, so the development and construction of informatization in the provincebuilding materials industry is particularly important. Informatization construction of buildingmaterials industry is not only conforms to the present policies and regulations of sustainabledevelopment and "two integration" in China, also meets the requirements of circular economy,low carbon economy and enforcement of clean production.This article mainly uses projects in the running economical efficiency analysis and qualitymanagement system of Shandong province building materials industry as the design anddevelopment background, gives priority to the application research of management informationsystem, and designs the subsystem of project system—economic operation analysis system,using advanced computer information technology and the mainstream design mode. Thesystem adopts B/S structure, takes the Microsoft Visual Studio2010as the main softwaredevelopment tools, gives priority to object-oriented programming development language C#,and uses SQL Server2008with superior performance as the database server. It aims at buildingdata information sharing service between associations and enterprises and promotes theharmonious, stable and rapid development of the building materials industry in Shandongprovince.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) This paper summarized the development situation for building materials industryinformatization at the first, got familiar with the background and significance of the wholesystem research and design, summarized and analyzed the research status of correlated systemunder the management information system platform.According to the actual needs of theproject, this paper designed the overall scheme of the system, and designed the functionalmodules in detail. According to the system process, this paper programmed correspondingmodule function, and the corresponding function correlated.(2) In view of the report information within the building materials industry, this paper plans the workflow of the planning association end and the corporate end. The corporate endstores the report information in the database server, the association end integrates the reportdata information and at the same time according to the classification makes correspondingindex comparison of the report data information, summarizes the corresponding trends andfinds destabilizing factors timely.According to the principles of high security and stability, thispaper designs corresponding database table structure, and at the same time creates the logicalrelationship among the corresponding forms to make clear the corresponding data flows;according to the written function module program, it completes data storage and thecorresponding CRUD(Create,Read,Update,Delete) operation, finds problems, makesadjustment timely, and optimizes corresponding function.(3) In accordance with the principle of innovation maturity, safety, maintainability, etc,this paper makes plan, analysis and design for the entire system according to the systemdevelopment process, and then completes the overall structure design of the system accordingto the schedule and the realization of corresponding function. The system has been publishedand tested in the lab,and the system operation can achieve the desired effect.
