The Management Information System Analyzing And Researching Of Medium And Small-Scale Building And Ornament Materials Enterprises

With the development of enterprise, enterprises face the work of treatment of a large amount of information, so more and more enterprises adopt various kinds of information systems software to use and manage the information resources of enterprises, the Management Information System ( abbreviated as MIS ) has already become the most ordinary kind of system in the information system. There are many kind of development approach for management information system, structured life cycle method, prototyping method, object oriented development approach, etc., belong the time of MIS development , small and medium enterprise can adopt the approach that combine structured life cycle method with prototyping method to develop , namely: structured life cycle method that added the prototyping tactics. This approach can not only confirm the demand of user , but also notice system global and of overall importance to develop course at the same time .Systems analysis is an important stage in MIS development , is the foundation of carry on the system design in detail and set up the systematic model further. It can carry on goal analysis , environmental analysis and function analysis to the current system, thus draw the targets and function models of the management information system.This text taking the development of management information system of medium and small-scale building and ornament materials enterprise which producing different types of aluminium-alloy profiled building material as main fact as background to research ,I have done the following work mainly:1. Summarize the current situation of the management information system of the introduction and development approach.2. Have carried on comparatively detailed systematic analysis to the management information system of enterprise. Investigate and analyze mainly include: Institutional framework and function analysis , develop goal analysis , production procedure analysis , transaction flow analysis , optimize and reengineer business procedure.3. Have carried on the function design to enterprise's information system of medium and small-scale building and ornament materials. According to the development goal of the system and the analysis of real procedure, the system will be divided into seven function subsystems systematically. The system includes: Production management , selling management , financial administration , stock control , personnel management , general manager handles official business , safeguards systematically.4. Combine the research and study to the development of MIS , I propose the small and medium enterprise MIS development policy.
