Information technology has developed rapidly with the development of society, so the electronic commerce has been applied to all walks of life, which led to the development of logistics industry to business and standardization. Nowadays, the society has put forward more stringent requirements on the logistics transportation, which requires the improvement of the life rhythm and the speed of the work efficiency and the improvement of the work efficiency. In this context, the logistics industry must comply with the development of the society, and constantly improve the material needs, logistics and transportation of key links and goods transportation system. We find that the level of logistics information in China is low, and it is not optimistic. And building decoration materials company as an important field of the country and the industry, which will be the logistics information and building decoration materials, the logistics of a lower level of mutual integration, no basic logistics information security. Therefore, it is now the era of rapid development, the use of information technology to improve the commercialization of the logistics industry, and its application to the tobacco industry. So it is necessary and urgent to develop a set of logistics information management system for building decoration materials.Based on JAVA technology, the paper analyzes the development status of logistics industry and the situation of building decoration materials, and analyzes the development trend of the future design and implementation of building decoration materials logistics information management system. The main contents of this paper include:(1) the requirement analysis of the logistics information management system for building decoration materials, including the functional requirement analysis and the analysis of the system function use case model. The use case model analysis includes: building decoration materials management case, order management use case, supplier management case, distribution range and price management use case, report management case, system management case, employee management use case and so on.(2) the design of tobacco logistics information management system, including the overall design of the system, the detailed design of the system function and the database design. The overall design of the system includes the design principle, the system architecture design, the system design of the overall function and the topology structure design of the system. System function design includes: building decoration material management function module, supplier management function module, distribution range and price management function module, report management function module, system management function module and employee management function module. Database design includes concept structure design and database physical design.The implementation of the logistics information management system of building decoration materials can effectively improve the efficiency of tobacco logistics information management, and further reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of enterprises. The competitiveness and management efficiency of building decoration materials enterprises have been further improved.
