Research And Analysis Of Guiyang Zhongtian Urban Investment Group's Building Materials Management Information System

Material is the object of labor in the construction project for a construction enterprises.Material cost control is the emphasis of project cost control.Effective management of building materials and a good job of balanced supply of materials in the construction process of a construction enterprises can not only reduce the project cost,but also improve the quality of the finished product.However,many problems caused by the construction materials in the project implementation.Due to the many and miscellaneous bills and the large amount of information and other reasons in traditional artificial mode,for management of building materials these phenomena frequently happen such as the summary is not timely,the query is not convenient,the report is not standardized and so on.In order to enable the company to achieve scientific,standardized and systematic for the management of building materials,improve management efficiency,reduce waste of materials,this paper studies and analyzes the scientific and efficient management of data information for the building material for the building material management information system to realize.This paper introduces the research background.the significance of the project and the research and application of similar systems.The research contents and main work of building material management information system of Guiyang Zhongtian Investment Group were clear.Combined with the actual work,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the system,the organization,the original business processes and so on.In all the analysis of material management,the paper mainly analyzes the management module of material information management,supplier management,material procurement management,material usage management,material inventory management and so on.The role of the system includes the custodian,the buyer,the material supervisor,the production safety officer,the safety supervisor,the finance department,the suppliers,etc.Through the use case analysis and use case description the function of the system is studied in detail,then the general function package diagram and sub function package diagram of the system are given.This paper analyzes the data that the system needs to deal with in the process of material usage plan,material purchasing and material usage.Through the establishment of database table structure achieves data analysis and statistics,provides an effective basis for the management of building materials.On the basis of summing up the research and analysis work,the future work is prospected at last.The research and analysis of the system will be deepened and refined,which can solve the practical problems encountered next in the management of building materials.
