With the evolution of the network, the faster speed network business is needed eagerly. The technology of LTE network can meet the requirements. However, this technology has found a small utilization in LTE user terminal field, especially in LTE data card. In this paper, a method on how to implement a kind of data card UI software will be introduced. The data card should support LTE network as well as2G and3G network.In order to support the new LTE network, a lot of work has been done. First, researching the development of the LTE network and the technology literature related. Then, the user requirements have been analysed. In this part, use case diagrams are used to explain the user requirements analysis. And the architecture of the LTE data card UI software system is described. On the basis of the above results, how to implement a LTE data card UI software system by using python language is introduced. At last, I state results and reasons with testing use case.Now, the software has been send to the front for local testing and turned out to be successful. The software is running well.
