Along with our country economy rapid increase, the level of the broad massesof working people material life level increased significantly, private car purchasesare also growing rapidly. However, the speed of growth in motor vehicles is fargreater than the speed of growth in parking space. It inevitably leads to rob parkingspace resources. Parking lock effectively solves the owner’s trouble with fixedparking. With the emergence of single-chip microprocessor and other technology,parking lock shifts from pure manual mechanical way to remote control way. Atpresent in the market, the remote parking lock is a rechargeable battery powered,more needs to be recharged repeatedly. How to reduce the power consumption andextend the use of time becomes the key issue in the development of parking lock. Inaddition, the infrared remote way is easy to affect its sensitivity of transmission withno obstacles way, parking lock with perfect function is also more and more attractiveto the user.Aiming at the problems existing in the remote parking lock and market the needsof users, this paper proposes a low power remote parking lock design scheme basedon PIC16F630microcontroller. In this design scheme with PIC16F630chip sleep ()function to realize the parking lock controller intermittent dormancy, and connectedto the wireless receiving module J05E CE pin. The wireless receiving module worksin the remote control signal and sleeps when no signal, thus effectively reduce thepower consumption problem, make the use time of only3to6months to extend fornearly a year. The radio frequency circuit working in the315MHZ sent coding signalbased on EV1527encoding chip to the wireless receiving module. The encoding chipensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the remote control in software programmingway for its decoding, simplify the circuit, increase its controllable, reduce the cost.This paper also introduced the HC-SR04ultrasonic ranging module to detect vehicleswhether in office or whether to have obstacles, and also increase overload detectionand music alarm functions under the condition that the ultrasonic ranging module isinvalid. So double measures not only safeguard the fixed parking space but also protect the vehicle from the unnecessary losses caused by wrong operation.Finally this paper completed the welding circuit board and the recording intothe program according to the scheme of hardware and software design, using7Ahbattery for functional testing and debugging. It also analyzed the power consumptionand performance. The experimental results show that low power remote parking lockrealized the all demand functions, and make use of time increased to350.3days...
