Remote parking lock is a lifting machinery automation device controlled by remote controller, whose function is to prevent others taking up their parking space, make his car along with a stop.The current parking locks mostly are controlled by mechanical hand.when cars gone or parking, the driver needs to get off, control the parking lock’s rod up or down, and then locked. Obviously, it’s very inconvenient. What’s more, if in the open spaces and when it rains, the more trouble. Now there are some small remote parking locks in the market, but there are two problems. First, the intelligent level is relatively low, most are limited to the remote control lifting effect. Second, it is the power problem, because the standby current and the drive current is large, the general remote parking lock’s power is supplied with lead-acid maintenance-free storage battery. As we all known, the battery has a discharging problem. Without using, full of storage battery can only last for3months, or will soon be scrapped. The driver has to take the battery out from the parking lock and carry it to upstairs to charge up the battery for one night, then get down to fix it into the parking lock. We believe that no one is willing to do it.This paper is based on the51series single-chip microcomputer as the core component of SCM managing system. Through the combination of software and hardware, the combination of electronic and mechanical parts, selects the proper sensor, realizes the parking lock comprehensive intelligent control. A new method is presented to resolve the problem of power supply, and is realized. In this paper, the main research contents are summarized as follows:1, Selecting the51single chip as the core, research and design a good hardware circuit,which is stable performance, compact structure, strong anti-interference ability and energy saving. Adapt to the character that a parking lock is generally placed in the parking lot or open space.2, According to the requirements of the parking lock characteristics, complete the design of the wireless remote control part with the combination of PT2262/2272chip.3, Complete the selection of sensors and the design of the interface circuit. The sensor mainly has parking lock lever position sensor and the senor which can determine whether the vehicle is a parking space. 4, Solve the problem of power supply for parking lock from reducing the standby current and lower landing rod lifting movement.5, Select keil-C as software development tool. According to the above requirements, complete the relevant software design.
